Terms and Conditions of Membership

Membership Card and Identification:
The Accor Advantage Plus membership card ("Card") is the property of AAPC Limited (87 009 175 820) ('Accor'). The privileges of membership will only be granted on presentation of a valid Card. The Card must be signed by the member. When making a reservation you must identify yourself as an Accor Advantage Plus member. As part of your Accor Advantage Plus membership you will automatically join Accor‘s global loyalty program, A|Club as a Silver status A|Club member and be eligible to earn and use A|Club points in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to A|Club. For more information visit www.a-club.com. Both your A|Club and Accor Advantage Plus cards must be presented to the hotel at check-in and check-out.

Dining:
Dining privileges are available for breakfast (except at resorts in Australia), lunch and dinner at participating Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons and Ibis Hotels in the Asia Pacific region on presentation of the Card. If the main hotel restaurant is closed for lunch, the standard Accor Advantage Plus dining discount is available off the bar snack menu during the lunch period. When a member dines alone the member will receive a 25% discount on food. When a member and one other person dine a 50% discount on food applies, when three people dine the discount will be 33% and when four people dine the discount will be 25% and so on. Only one card may be used per table for dining in Asia. The Card is not valid for room service, beverages or selections from the kid's menus. Dining privileges are not available on special event days as determined by the hotel such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Melbourne Cup and Valentine's Day. Dining privileges are not available for breakfast at selected resorts and not available on Saturday nights at selected restaurants. See Participating Hotels List for details. Please note that in accordance with the A|Club terms and conditions, points on dining will only accrue to the Accor Advantage Plus member's A|Club account if the Accor Advantage Plus member is staying in-house at the participating hotel and presents a valid A|Club card at the time of check-in and check-out.

Accommodation:
All Accor Advantage Plus members will receive the Members' Rate, being a 10% discount from the best unrestricted rate available at the time of reservation at participating Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons and Ibis hotels in Asia Pacific. At Hotel Formule 1 in Australia and New Zealand, all Accor Advantage Plus members will receive the Members' Rate, being a 10% discount from the best rate of the day available at the time of reservation. The Members' Rate is available on any room type and is offered on last room availability (that is, if the hotel has a room available you are guaranteed a room at the Members' Rate for that day). Participating hotels, excluding Hotel Formule 1, offer Accor Advantage Plus members a 10% discount for special packages and promotions advertised directly by the hotel and booked directly with the hotel or Accor Reservation Services, but not in relation to any offers made via third parties or including value-add components from third parties. Restrictions and limitations apply and these may be subject to an allocation of rooms on a particular night so reservations are essential. Some hotels may require a minimum nights' stay. Advantage Plus stays on a Members' Rate will attract A|Club points, in accordance with the terms and conditions of AClub, but do not attract Frequent Flyer points.

Complimentary Accommodation e-Certificate
Complimentary Accommodation e-Certificates (e-Certificates) are valid across the Asia Pacific region at participating hotels. Selected hotels in Asia may not be able to process your e-Certificate so please contact Member Services to replace this with a paper certificate prior to travelling. E-certificates are limited to an allocated number of rooms. Rooms in excess of this allocation need not be made available to e-Certificate holders. Room allocations fill quickly during special event periods, school holidays, public holidays and weekends and no guarantee can be given that an allocated room will be available at the hotels or for the days requested. Reservations are essential and must be made via the members' website or through Accor Reservation Services.

Any booking made via Accor Reservation Services using the e-Certificate will incur an AU$20 booking fee. On reservation, identify yourself as an Accor Advantage Plus member wishing to use an e-certificate. Your e-Certificate is recorded on your membership card, which must be presented at check in. The e-Certificate is valid for a standard room at participating Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons and Ibis hotels and is not transferable. The e-Certificate is valid for twelve (12) months from the date your Accor Advantage Plus membership commences and redeemable at participating hotels only. Participating hotels may change from time to time and an up-to-date list of participating hotels may be obtained from Member Services or on the Accor Advantage Plus members' website. A maximum of one e-Certificate may be used per stay. When making a booking using your complimentary accommodation night you must provide a credit card to secure the booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified. No cancellation charge applies if your reservation is cancelled up to one day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged at the Members' Rate for that night.

Member for a Day Certificate:
The 'Member for a Day' certificate ("MFD Certificate") entitles the holder to all Accor Advantage Plus membership benefits EXCEPT the e-Certificate and the Member for a Day will not earn A|Club points for such a stay. Refer to the MFD Certificate for conditions of use. A maximum of 3 'MFD Certificates will be allocated per member. The 2nd and 3rd certificates can be obtained by calling Member Services or applying on the members' website.

Best Unrestricted Rate and Best Rate of the Day:
Best Unrestricted Rate and Best Rate of the Day refer to the best publicly available rate at a hotel as at the time of booking, where there is no cancellation charge if the reservation is cancelled before 6.00 pm on arrival date and no payment is required to secure the booking, unless otherwise specified. This rate can change on a daily basis.

Lost or Stolen Cards and Certificates:
Lost or Stolen Cards will incur a replacement fee. Please report this immediately to Member Services. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.

Terms:
Your Accor Advantage Plus membership is valid until the last day of the month shown as the expiry date on your Card. Your Card is for your personal use only. Accor Advantage Plus membership is not transferable.

Limitations of Liability:
Subject to any statutory right that cannot be excluded or limited Accor's total aggregate liability to each member whether arising in contract or in tort shall not exceed, in the case of a claim in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, or in the case of services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the costs of having the services supplied again.

Cancellations:
If the Card has not been signed or has not been used, (including that the e-Certificate and MFD Certificate have not been used), then rights of or to membership can be cancelled and a refund obtained by returning the Card and MFD Certificate within two weeks of the date on which they were sent. Once the membership is confirmed as being unused, a refund will be applied. After the two week period, membership is not refundable.

Restrictions:
In addition to the restrictions stated elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions of Accor Advantage Plus discount privileges may not be used in conjunction with or as a discount on corporate rate, preferential discounts, or when attending a conference - other conditions may apply.

Goods and Services Tax:
Australia and New Zealand: All prices quoted to you on which discounts will be calculated are inclusive of any GST unless otherwise noted.

Conditions subject to change:
Accor reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and conditions of membership without notice.

Permission/Privacy:
As an Accor Advantage Plus Member you agree to Accor sending you from time to time direct mail or receiving telephone calls or e-mails to keep you informed of promotional and/or new developments regarding your membership and to make other offers. Accor complies with the National Privacy Principles.

Acceptance:
Signature or use of your Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed above.
