How do I access my complimentary night stay?
The complimentary night's accommodation is loaded as an e-certificate on your member's card. For reservations, please log-on to the members' website and book your complimentary night's stay. Or call 1300 36 36 37 (within Australia) or 0 800 44 09 82 (within New Zealand). Phone reservations using your complimentary night's accommodation will incur an AU$20 booking fee.

How do I access my member's discount?
Your Member's Rate is not subject to allocation. This rate is unlimited and available on any room type, any day and with guaranteed last room availability. That is, if the hotel has a room available you are guaranteed a room at the members' special rate*, just by presenting your membership card. For reservations, call Accor Reservation Services 1300 36 36 37 (within Australia) or 0 800 44 09 82 (within New Zealand), or book online.

*For members joining or renewing from 1 October 2008, the members' discount will be 10% discount off the best unrestricted rate of the day at participating Accor hotels in Asia Pacific. Members will also earn A|Club points on eligible rates. Members who joined prior to 1 October 2008 will continue to receive 15% discount off the best unrestricted rate of the day at participating Accor hotels in Asia Pacific for the term of their current membership.

What are my Dining Benefits?
When an Accor Advantage Plus member dines alone at participating hotels and restaurants the member will receive a 25% discount on food. When a member and one other person dine a 50% discount on food applies; when three people dine the discount will be 33% and when four people dine the discount will be 25% etc. Only one card may be used per table for dining in Asia. The Accor Advantage Plus card is not valid for room service, beverages or selections from the kid's menus.

When will I receive the Advantages Magazine?
The Advantages Magazine includes exclusive offers for members and is distributed quarterly. Don't forget you can also view the Advantages Magazine as an e-brochure online from the members' website and download it on to your desktop up to 21 days prior to the magazine being delivered by mail. You can also register to receive the magazine by email instead of mail simply by contacting Member Services.

What is Accor Advantage Plus Xtras?
Xtras provides Accor Advantage Plus members with discounts of up to 20% and more at a selection of tours, attractions and activities located in key holiday and tourist destinations. Check the members' website for more information.

Is there a membership benefit with a car rental company?
Accor has an alliance with Europcar that offers Accor Advantage Plus members a 15% discount on the lowest rates available to the public on all Europcar vehicles. For reservations call 1300 659 545 (within Australia), 0800 659 545 (within New Zealand) or visit the Europcar website.

What is Accor Holiday Line?
This is an exclusive service for Accor Advantage Plus members provided by Qantas Holidays. Your Advantages magazine will feature exclusive holiday packages in Asia, New Zealand and the Pacific. We will also be updating members on specials via email so keep up to date by ensuring that Member Services has your email address. To make a reservation for any participating hotel in Asia, New Zealand and the Pacific on the Accor Holiday Line please call 1800 051 038 in Australia.

Is a supplementary membership available?
Yes. The supplementary cardholder will receive unlimited access to the member's discount off best unrestricted rate of the day, plus a discount off all advertised specials, car rental and Xtras discounts as well as the usual dining benefits available to the primary member.

What is Accor Great Seats?
Accor Great Seats is your exclusive online one-stop-shop for entertainment that gives you guaranteed great seats every time, access to must see events, inside information and be the first to hear about the hottest acts touring Australia plus great value-added benefits including pre-show parties and discounted movie offers. Log-on to the members' website to book your tickets or register for your free enewsletter.

Can I refer a friend to Accor Advantage Plus?
Yes! Nominate someone to join Accor Advantage Plus and if he or she joins we will send you a certificate for a bottle of wine to enjoy next time you dine at a participating Accor hotel. Nominate five or more people and if they join within a two week period, we will renew your membership for FREE! Log-on to the members' website and complete the nomination form, or call Member Services Centre on 1300 36 36 37 in Australia or 0800 44 09 82 in New Zealand. Spread the word and enjoy the benefits!

What is A|Club?
A|Club is Accor's global loyalty program that allows members to earn points at more than 2,000 hotels worldwide. Accor Advantage Plus members who joined or renewed their membership after 1 October 2008 will automatically receive silver status A|Club membership at no extra charge.
